ABOUT DAVID MONCUR ENGINEERING
Fully licenced by Professional Engineers Ontario to provide professional engineering services to the public. David Moncur has a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Windsor. He is a past member of PEO council and member of many committees of PEO since 1984. He presently sits on the Complaints Committee.
David Moncur is a Past-President of the Windsor Construction Association as well as serving on numerous civic committees. He is also an internationally qualified track and field official.

David Moncur opened his private practice after twenty years in industry. He has performed over 1000 forensic investigations, including court appearances as an expert witness. His clients include law firms, insurance companies, private individuals, and even the Ministry of Labour.
Since 1997, David Moncur has performed over 3000 Pre-Start Health and Safety Reviews for a myriad of industries including automotive firms and automotive parts suppliers, automation machine builders, metal forming and fabricating, agriculture, robotic painting, forestry, and printing industries. He has traveled extensively throughout North America, Europe, and Asia as a consultant on worker safety when it involves automated machinery.
With an extensive background in industrial maintenance and process design, David Moncur Engineering has the experience and knowledge gained through that experience to assist clients to handle most issues and ensure that the solution is based on practical experience with worker safety in mind.
